Sell at our Shows
TCA members may sell trains and related items at our chapter meets. Please use the form below to reserve your tables.
Sellers must hold at least Regular Member status (Trial Memberships are not eligible) and be in good standing with the national Train Collectors Association. Become a member.
Tables are $10 each. Purchase 3 or more tables and receive a $2 discount per table! Sellers must also pay show the entry fee. We accept cash and personal checks. We are unable to accept debit or credit cards or other forms of electronic payment at this time. Payment is due at the start of the show. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT IN ADVANCE.
We provide tables and locations on a first-come, first-served basis. Electrical connections are only accessible to tables along the perimeter walls. We will do our best to accommodate any special requests.
Please note change in set up time
There was a recent shooting incident in an area close to the St. George’s Church. The church has an after-school program that does not end until 5:30pm. In order to improve security, the preschool program must move into the fellowship hall. Vender set up time will now start on the Friday before that show 5:30 pm and will continue until 8:30 pm.
Setup time for Saturday morning the day of the show is 7:00 a.m.
