TCA members may sell trains and related items at our chapter meets. Use the form below to reserve your tables. All sellers must hold at least Regular Member status (Trial Memberships are not eligible) and be in good standing with the national Train Collectors Association. Become a member.
Per-show table prices are $10 each or $8 each when three or more tables are purchased for a single show. Seller must also pay show entry fee. We accept cash and personal checks. We are unable to accept debit or credit cards or other forms of electronic payment at this time. Payment is due at the start of the show. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT IN ADVANCE.
Most of the tables we provide are the rectangle banquet-style variety. Round tables are also available. Tables are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Electrical connections are limited to a few on perimeter walls. We will do our best to accommodate your special instructions or requests but are not able to make any guarantees.
Sellers may set up between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Friday before the show, or on Saturday morning starting at 7:15 a.m.
